La dimensione della camera. Per il resto non sono stata soddisfatta
L'acqua della piscina è freddissima, per cui non abbiamo potuto utilizzarla pur avendo scelto l'hotel proprio per la disponibilità della piscina. Infatti è sempre vuota. Anche l'area benessere non è ben riscaldata. Questo è un problema legato alle pareti vetrate dell'area: di grande effetto scenico ma energeticamente scadenti. Le macchine del fitness sono mezze guaste. Altre situazioni non gradite: ristorante quasi sempre chiuso. Bagno con dei difetti: parete della vasca per fare la doccia troppo corta: esce acqua nel fare la doccia! Il tappo della vasca era rotto. Mancanza di cuffia per la doccia. Luci della stanza troppo scarse: posizionate male e con lampade poco luminose. Riscaldamento camera scarso. Porta camera difettosa. L'esterno in legno è tutto rovinato, molto diverso dall'immagine che si vede nella foto. Sembra che ci sia poca cura e attenzione nella manutenzione.

Struttura che si presenta bene in una posizione strategica attaccata al lago. Buona accoglienza con personale sorridente. Ottimo il servizio relax con la piscina di cui abbiamo usufruito. Camera accogliente. La particolarità più significativa dell'Hotel è sicuramente la colazione. Servita strategicamente all'ultimo piano terrazzato, con vista lago e montagne, rende l'inizio della giornata davvero ammaliante (attenzione agli uccellini che cercano di fare colazione con voi).
Sono rimasto deluso quando sono entrato nel bagno, che è il posto più intimo della camera, dove si fa attenzione e si pretende la pulizia. Solitamente ci si aspetta di trovare il sigillo igiene sicurezza sopra il water, invece non era stato pulito perchè lo sporco era visibile....E' stata una mancanza che un hotel di questa catena non si può permettere. Non ho chiesto il cambio stanza perchè soggiornavo solo una notte. Anche la stanza non era pulita con capelli sparsi. Ritengo che il servizio di pulizia debba essere rivisto se si vuole mantenere un target medio/alto. Il mio giudizio è fortemente condizionato da ciò che ho visto a livello di pulizia.
